How does the 24‑hour support work?
Hybrid WhatsApp: AI 24/7 + real team during business hours (personal trainer, nutritionist, and educator — all T1D). Educational for day‑to‑day questions. If your doctor is connected, they can see your data and receive alerts. Health issues are handled with your doctor. In an emergency we call a hospital or the Emergency Medical Service.

As soon as you activate with your doctor, we send your first kit. Afterwards, monthly deliveries with tracking. You see the ETA at checkout.
How does the discount work?
You don’t pay extra for the sensor. The subscription includes delivery, 24/7 support, and appointments with the connected doctor.
